3D PRINTER FILAMENT RECYCLER

nowadays 3D printing is being used by everyone whether by engineers or artist.As the demand for 3D printed parts are going high .therefore the waste by the 3D printed is also increasing.waste includes 3D printed Supports while printing them or the failed 3D printed parts.

So team MECH5 decided to solve this problem.

after Months of hard-work we designed a small portable ABS recycle machine.

we decided to design a single screw extruder which could make the waste to the wire of 1.75 mm diameter.
